When a site owner ignores the emailed warnings about their credit limit, and the limit is reached, the system automatically suspends their sites. If a site owner has several sites under the same account, then all their sites are suspended.

Suspension means that instead of the pages of their sites being delivered as normal, a customizable message informing them of the suspension is delivered instead.

Once action is taken to bring the account back above the credit limit, normal site delivery is resumed immediately.
